Hot Air Balloon

Went over to the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta today to see the evening launch. Great fun by very busy! More pictures of the balloons will appear on my other blog at some point soon (once I've cleared the backlog from Bristol Zoo and Bletchley Park!). Also managed to bag a few more Gorillas on the way...

Jeremiah was a Bullfrog

Bristol was surprisingly normal today walking through Stokes Croft, and no more sign of riots tonight though lots of police around. Also found another Gorilla outside the Holiday Inn by the Bear's Pit.

Another oddity sitting in the middle of the pavement on Cromwell Rd this morning. Also, another of the Bristol Zoo Gorillas...

Took a great trip to Bristol Zoo today, despite the rain, and took the oppourtunity to bag three more of the Gorillas around the city:

Another two-picture day today. It's lovely weather (here's hoping it sticks for the office BBQ tomorrow...) and I took a wander down to Sainsbury's to get some bread. Bristol Zoo is celebrating it's 175th birthday with giant painted gorillas dotted around Bristol and the Bristol Rovers one is sitting by the arches on Gloucester Rd.
